Each user is provided with an electronic wallet that they can credit or debit directly from their bank account. All the money that goes through our platform relies on the use of these electronic wallets and allows creators, artists and influencers to pay zero commission when they withdraw their funds ! 💣
When a donor or sponsor decides to deposit money into their wallet to reward a creator, promote themselves, participate in one of their campaigns, unlock their premium content, etc., the fees are as follows :

Charges are only applied when you want to make a payment as part of a collaboration, donation, purchase or when you want to credit your Sinaps wallet. You can add funds in the blink of an eye by credit card or SEPA transfer.

Sinaps, a FAVEO SAS entity, is regulated by French authorities for its crowdfunding and digital wallet activity.
